Price Matching

We’ll Match Any Verified Dealer’s Price

At Thermal Bros, our goal is simple: help you buy the right thermal or night vision gear with confidence.

If you receive a lower written quote from another verified dealer, we’ll review it and do our best to match it. When we’re able to verify the quote and earn your business, we’ll also take an additional 2% off the verified dealer price.

No games. No pressure. Just fair, transparent pricing.

Why We Offer Price Matching

Most thermal optics, night vision devices, and related products are governed by manufacturer MAP policies, or minimum advertised pricing.

However, there are situations where dealers may offer pricing below advertised MAP, sometimes in ways that are difficult for customers to verify. Some quotes are legitimate. Others may come from unauthorized sellers, gray-market sources, or outright scams.

Our price matching process is designed to protect you while helping us stay competitive.

Before matching a price, we verify that the quote came from a legitimate dealer and that the product is the same item, in the same condition, with the same warranty coverage.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, send us the written quote you received from the other dealer.

Acceptable written quotes include:

  • Email quotes
  • Text messages
  • Dealer invoices
  • Social media messages
  • Screenshots that clearly show the dealer, product, and quoted price

Verbal quotes given over the phone do not qualify because they cannot be verified.

Once we receive your quote, we’ll review it and, when needed, confirm the dealer and pricing with the manufacturer. If everything checks out, we’ll send you an invoice for the adjusted price.

The adjusted price will be the verified dealer price, plus an additional 2% discount when we are able to complete the sale.

If a Dealer Only Gives Pricing Over the Phone

If another dealer will only give you a price over the phone, ask them to send the quote or invoice to your email before you make a decision.

A legitimate dealer should be willing to provide a written quote that clearly shows the product, price, business name, and payment method.

Be cautious if a seller:

  • Refuses to provide a written quote
  • Will not send an invoice
  • Does not have a professional website
  • Asks for payment through Venmo, PayPal Friends & Family, wire transfer, or other methods with limited buyer protection
  • Requests your full credit card number over the phone

At Thermal Bros, we use secure payment processing. We do not need to see your full credit card number, and our payment system only shows limited card details after an order is completed.

You should expect the same level of protection from any legitimate dealer.
