Field experience
You actively hunt, manage property, control predators, work outdoors, or have firsthand knowledge that can help our customers.
Applications open year-round
Yearly selections for hunters, outdoor professionals, landowners, and creators who prove their value through honest field experience and useful original content.
Do not wait for a title
Thermal Bros Pro Staff is not a free-gear signup or a follower-count contest. We select people who already create useful outdoor content, share honest field experience, help other hunters, and represent the community the right way.
Make original posts about hunting, predator control, ranch work, thermal optics, night vision, gear setup, or field lessons. Tag @thermalbros when the post is relevant so our team can see your work.
You may say you are applying or working toward a spot. Do not call yourself Thermal Bros Pro Staff unless you receive and accept a written invitation from us.
What we look for
A large audience can help, but it is not the deciding factor. We look for people whose work is useful, credible, consistent, and aligned with Thermal Bros.
You actively hunt, manage property, control predators, work outdoors, or have firsthand knowledge that can help our customers.
You create your own photos, videos, reviews, comparisons, tutorials, hunt recaps, or educational posts.
You show up throughout the year—not only when you want a discount, product, sponsorship, or attention.
You explain what works, what does not, and who a product is actually right for without exaggeration or copied talking points.
You interact respectfully, follow applicable laws, handle equipment safely, and represent hunting and the outdoors responsibly.
People trust your answers, engage with your work, and learn from you—even when your following is still growing.
Annual selection process
Applications stay open year-round. Thermal Bros reviews the applicant pool and selects a limited Pro Staff class once each year.
Publish work that demonstrates your field experience, knowledge, personality, and ability to help others. Tag @thermalbros when relevant.
Submit your contact information, active social profiles, field background, and links to one to three strong recent posts.
We may review public content and interactions throughout the selection period. One application does not replace consistent effort.
Selected applicants receive written expectations, benefits, disclosure requirements, and the dates of their one-year term.
Clear expectations
Pro Staff is a working relationship. Specific posting requirements and opportunities are provided before a selected applicant accepts a position.
Pro Staff application
Tell us where you create, what you know, and why you would represent Thermal Bros well. Include direct links to recent posts that demonstrate your work.
