How layaway works
1) Contact us to start
Call or email us to let us know which eligible product you want to place on layaway.
2) Make your deposit
A 10% down payment is required to reserve the item.
3) Make payments over time
You must make at least a $100 payment every 30 days to keep the layaway active.
4) Pay it off within 3 months
Once the item is paid in full, we ship it to you.
Layaway rules
- 10% down is required to start layaway
- Minimum $100 payment required every 30 days
- Layaway must be paid in full within 3 months
- No interest
- No added fees
- Available on eligible new items only
- Specials, demo units, used units, and discontinued items are not eligible
- You may be able to switch to a different eligible unit during layaway, but discontinued items are locked in
- If an item goes on sale after layaway begins, sale pricing only applies if the balance is paid off during the active sale period
Missed payments or expired layaway
If a required payment is not made within 30 days, or the layaway is not paid off within 3 months, the layaway may be canceled and funds paid will be converted to Thermal Bros store credit.

You contact us to start, put 10% down, make payments over time, and we ship your order once it is paid in full.
What items are eligible for layaway?
Layaway is available on eligible new items only. Demo, used, discounted, special-sale, and discontinued items are excluded.
Do you charge interest or fees on layaway?
No. There is no interest and no extra layaway fee.
When does my order ship?
We ship once the layaway has been paid in full.
What happens if I miss a layaway payment?
If a payment is not made within 30 days, your layaway may be canceled and funds paid may be converted to store credit.
Can I switch to a different product later?
Usually yes, as long as the replacement item is eligible and available. Discontinued items cannot be changed once placed on layaway.
Do I get the sale price if the item is discounted later?
Only if the layaway is fully paid off during the active sale period.
