Thermal Bros Tournament Contingency Program

1. Eligible customers and Pro Staff

The claimant must have competed on the winning roster and have either a completed Thermal Bros purchase or active, officially accepted Thermal Bros Pro Staff status before the event starts. There is no minimum purchase amount. Canceled and fully refunded purchases do not qualify. Buying after the tournament starts does not establish eligibility for that event. Applying for Pro Staff does not establish active status.

2. Eligible tournaments and results

The event must be a publicly announced coyote or predator-hunting tournament with published rules, an identifiable organizer, verifiable results, and at least 20 teams that actually participate in the same overall championship. Teams that register but do not participate do not count; participating teams with no scored harvest still count. Only official overall first place qualifies. Side pots, largest-animal awards, raffles, and category or division wins are excluded.

3. Gear and winning photo

The qualifying teammate must wear a Thermal Bros hat, shirt, hoodie, jersey, or other Thermal Bros branded apparel at tournament check-in or awards and in the submitted tournament or awards photo. The logo must be unobstructed and recognizable. A decal on equipment alone does not satisfy the apparel requirement. Submit an original photo showing the qualifying teammate; digitally added logos and fabricated tournament photos are ineligible.

4. Public post and brand tag

Publish the winning photo as a public Facebook or Instagram feed post. Tag our official Thermal Bros Facebook page or @thermalbros on Instagram, and include the tournament name, date, team name, and overall first-place result. A hashtag alone, private post, or temporary Story does not satisfy this requirement. Keep the post public for at least 90 days.

Clearly disclose the reward connection near the beginning of the caption. For example:

“I’m submitting this win for Thermal Bros’ $500 store-credit contingency reward.”

Describe your experience honestly. A positive review or product recommendation is not required.

5. Claim timing and verification

Publish the post and submit the claim form within 14 calendar days after official results are announced. Include the documentation requested in the claim form. If we request missing verification, provide it within 14 calendar days of our request. We verify eligibility, roster, team count, final results, apparel, and the public post before approval. Claims remain pending during unresolved tournament protests. Our processing target is 10 business days after complete documentation and final results are available.

6. One team, one event award

Each qualifying tournament win earns one $500 award, issued to one qualifying teammate’s customer account. Multiple eligible teammates, duplicate submissions, side awards, or changing the claimant do not increase the event award. A separate qualifying tournament win can earn another award; there is no per-team season cap under these rules.

Ties: The organizer’s official tiebreaker determines the winner. If multiple teams remain officially tied for overall first place, one $500 event award is divided equally among the tied teams that meet all program requirements.

7. Store-credit terms

Credit is redeemable at Thermal Bros through the recipient’s customer account. It has no minimum purchase requirement or expiration date, and unused balances remain available. Normal sale prices and eligible checkout discounts apply. Credit is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. For returns, the credit-funded portion is restored as store credit under our normal return policy.

8. Fair competition and photo permission

Follow the tournament’s rules and applicable hunting laws. Disqualified results, falsified documents, borrowed customer identities, and duplicate or fraudulent claims are ineligible.

By submitting a claim, you confirm that you have permission from the photographer and recognizable people pictured, including a parent or guardian for any minor, and authorize Thermal Bros to share the submitted photo, team name, and tournament result on our website and organic social channels. You retain ownership of your content. Paid advertising requires separate permission.

9. Program dates and changes

The program begins September 11, 2026 and continues until a future end date is announced on this page. A tournament must begin on or after the start date and before any announced end date. Updates or closure apply only to tournaments that begin after the published effective change. Qualifying wins remain governed by the rules in effect when their tournament started, including the claim deadline.
