The RIX Tactical RNV-14 is a single-tube night vision monocular built around a standard 18mm image intensifier tube, delivering Gen 2+ low-light performance in one of the lightest helmet-mounted night vision devices available. Thermal Fusion Ready

White phosphor or green phosphor?

Green phosphor is the classic night vision look. The human eye distinguishes more shades of green than any other color, which is why green tubes have been the standard for decades. White phosphor displays the image in shades of black, white, and gray, which many users find easier on the eyes during extended wear and better for distinguishing fine detail.
